Who:	Scouts who need to pass their Second Class and First Class Swim Tests
Where:	Audrey Moore Recreation Center at Wakefield Park 8100 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA (near the Beltway)
What:	We’ll complete Second and First Class Swimming tests.
Bring:	Swim suit and towel.
Cost:	Approximately $5.00 entrance fee

When:	Leave 4:30 p.m., Friday, December 12, 2008, from St. Stephen’s Return 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 14, 2008, to St. Stephen’s
Who:	Scouts, Leaders, and Friends with permission slips
Where:	Fort Eustice Barracks, Navy Base, Norfolk, VA
What:	We’ll visit ships in port for the holidays; scouts may get a chance to eat lunch aboard a Navy vessel. We plan to stay at Fort Eustice near Norfolk. On Saturday evening, we will visit a large shopping mall where scouts can purchase Christmas presents without parents present, eat dinner, and see a movie.
Bring:	Cool Weather Clothes ‑ Hat, Gloves, Sweater, Rain Gear, boots, thermal underwear, sleeping bag, towel, toiletries.
Cost:	$25.00 per person (for fees admissions, transportation, etc.) due Wed, Nov 19, 2008. For meals, and snacks bring $35.00, we will be eating dinner at the mall, and lunches at McDonalds. Also, if you want to buy things at the mall, bring money for that.

When:	Thursday, Dec 18, 2008 Meet at St. Stephen’s at 5:00 p.m. to Car-Pool Return 9:30 p.m., to St. Stephen's
Who:	Members of the Patrol Leaders’ Council and other Junior Leaders (Guides, Instructors, JASM, Scribe, Quartermasters, etc.)
Where:	Mr. Sternberg’s Home, 5902 Mount Eagle Drive, #1114, Alexandria, VA
What:	Annual PLC Meeting and dinner. Enjoy Bowling, Ping Pong, and Billiards afterwards. We’ll have Pizza, Chinese food, Cake, and drinks. Please sign up.
Bring:	Cool Weather Clothes ‑ Hat, Gloves, Sweater, Rain Gear, boots, thermal underwear, personal mess kit (cup, bowl, plate, spoon, fork and knife).
Directions:	Take Old Keene Mill Road toward Springfield. Continue on Franconia Road until it ends at Telegraph Road. Turn left on Telegraph Road. Stay in the right lane. Turn right onto Huntington Road. Turn right on Richmond Highway, U.S. Route 1. In about a block turn right onto Mount Eagle Drive to the Montebello Condominium Gate House. Turn right to go up the hill to Building #2 (5902). Buzz apartment 1114 to get open door.
